Silverdale North
Brewer Davidson were engaged by Rodney District Council for Urban Design advice in preparing the Silverdale North Structure Plan. The site is 500 hectares in area and will house approximately 7000 people and provide employment for another 2000 people. Our work involved urban design, preparation of urban design guidelines and liaising with key developers to achieve a higher standard of subdivision design. Brewer Davidson were subsequently engaged by Highgate Business Park Limited to masterplan the Knowledge Economy Zone in conjunction with Construkt Architects.
