Ormiston Town Centre
Ormiston is a flagship greenfields town centre project in Manukau. The site is 19.6 hectares and is located on the boundary of Sir Barry Curtis Park. Our work in conjunction with Studio Pacific designed a masterplan defining the street network and location of retail, commercial, residential and civic buildings. The retail contains an arcade and main street and will be the first 'new urban' town centre in Auckland for decades. We have designed the first housing block in conjunction with SPA, and providing urban design review of retail designs by NH Architecture and Jasmax.
