Mason Square

Mason Square is an affordable apartment scheme located in the up and coming suburb of Otahuhu, Auckland. The location ideally sits between Otahuhu's main street, Auckland Council's new Toia library/pool complex and the upgraded railway station. A three level walk-up apartment typology respects the scale of the neighbouring Holy Trinity Church and allows a less expensive construction method. The apartments are planned in clusters of two or four around individual staircases to avoid corridors.
