Hanoi Tower

PVPL asked Brewer Davidson to prepare a concept design for a site in Hanoi's New City. The brief included 40,000m2 office space, 35,000m2 retail and 43,000m2 entertainment centre. The retail/entertainment components were used to create urban blocks and defined streetscapes in response to the 'city in a park' context. The tower forecourt responds to a required park and major roundabout to create a separate commercial address. Multi-level sky lobbies are proposed for shared facilities for tenants with a roof level reception garden for PVPL head office.
